Who is a person/expert on your field that you admire?

Hello everyone, the person I admire is the geographer David Harvey, recognized for his academic contributions related to social phenomena in the territory as an effect of the capitalist economic model.

Harvey was born on 1935 in the United Kingdom, studied at Cambridge University and has been a professor at Johns Hopkins, Oxford, New York, and the London School of Economics. His work is related to the branch of radical geography, where he presents the relationship between urbanism and social inequality.

Some of his most famous publications are: "Spaces of Hope" (2003), "The New Imperialism" (2004), "A Brief History of Neoliberalism" (2007), From the Right of the City to the Urban Revolution" (2013), among others.

I really like the topics developed by this author; he is a contemporary geographer whose studies on social inequality produced by the capitalist system help us to understand all the current social problems. In his book "The Right to the City" he explains how there isn`t an equitable distribution of the different types of social, economic, and territorial resources.
